Email Account Setup

Your email account

You will have just received email with your new email address account details. It will look like the example below

You can easily use your current email client to send and receive emails using this address which makes life very easy for you and gives you a professional email address.

In the instructions below I will explain the steps to do this through a Gmail account, although the principle will be similar with other platforms.

Using your email with a Gmail account

SEND email from you account

1. Click on Settings >> Accounts and Import

2. Choose Add a POP3 mail account you own

3. Choose Add a POP3 mail account you own
The username will be the whole email address. Use the same settings as in the screenshot below.

4. You should see this success notification.  Now click on the next step button to set up sending for you email.

Using your email with a Gmail account

RECEIVE email from you account

1. You should now be taken to the screen below.
( Otherwise Click on Settings >> Accounts and Import >> Add an email address you own).

2. Enter your email account details and passwords as indicated in the example below.

3. You should now be taken to the next screen.  

You should have already received an email like the one below:

4. Click on the confirmation link and you set up is complete

If you don't receive the email confirmation link you may have to wait another minute or you can log into the website server email where you can you should see the email.

Sending email with new email

If you want to send from you new email address then simply click on the From selection and choose your other email address.
